Your information is used exclusively by Weekender Solutions for order and marketing purposes only.

Weekender Solutions is in compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances, rules, regulations and orders of any public authority having jurisdiction including, without limitation, the applicable provisions of applicable Laws dealing with labor and wages, workmen’s compensation, employer liability, unemployment compensation, old age benefits, safety, antitrust and anti-collusion, fair trade, the environment, equal employment opportunity and discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, national origin, veteran’s status or disability.

 

Terms and Conditions:

All our products should be periodically maintained and examined as with any offroad equipment bolts and connections can loosen over time.

Weekender Solutions does not accept responsibility for installation, improper use, or modifications made to any of the products purchased from us.

All prices are in US dollars. All prices (goods/services and shipping) are subject to change without notice.

 

All of our items are subject to limited lifetime coverage and we stand by them.  We will replace parts of a product that are defective over the life of the product. We will not replace parts that are broken from offroad use, abuse, or misuse.  Contact us by email to learn more, case by case consideration. 

INDEMNIFICATION:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, User shall indemnify and hold harmless Weekender Solutions and any Weekender Solutions representative from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs (including, without limitation, reasonable legal fees) and expenses (collectively, "Claims"), arising from or relating to the undertaking of Weekender Solutions hereunder or any defect(s) in the Products supplied, provided such Claims are caused in whole or in part by any negligent act, omission, recklessness or willful misconduct of User or anyone for whose acts User may be liable, or provided User may be held responsible for same under other applicable legal or equitable principles.

Damaged Items:

Please check your order upon receipt. Weekender Solutions is not responsible for damaged items if we are not notified within 10 business days of receipt. Merchandise damaged in transit should be reported to the carrier for a claim. We will be happy to assist you by furnishing any information necessary for claims that may arise.

Returns:

The following items cannot be returned for any reason: custom parts or special order parts.

Purchases made at weekendersolutions.com can be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in new, resalable condition and include original packaging and all hardware and accessories. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and a 20% restocking fee will apply. (If the product has been mounted or used it is not in new, resalable condition and will incur a 25% restocking fee) Items that were customized to ANY degree are not eligible for return.

 

After 30 days, non-warranty related returns are at the sole discretion of Weekender Solutions. A restocking fee of 20% will apply as long as the items have not been mounted or used. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the returned products are not in new, resalable condition – a repackaging, restocking, and/or damaged goods fee of up to 30% of the product value may be deducted from the refund. We strongly urge you to repackage the products with care.

 

Please note: if you return an item and did not originally pay shipping costs, the original shipping cost incurred by Weekender Solutions will be deducted from your refund.

Returns are processed in 2-4 days after the package arrives at our facility. A refund will be processed, and you will receive a confirmation by email.

 

If you’d like to exchange your items for something else, please email us to process the exchange.
